Letter to Laura Chinchilla

Dear President of Costa Rica

I hereby inform you of the great importance of knowledge in a way appropriate to judge people when are related to any crime, so I give myself to the task of emphasizing the value they have DNA evidence to test whether indeed the person was related to the crime and whether he deserves to go to jail.
I've heard desert injustices by the police force, who make mistakes, and you are in its duty to correct those deficiencies for the good of the community.
I hope all promised projects are completed successfully and will reiterate the importance of correctly using the law to serve all.

Thank you very much for your attention

Attentively

Flor de Maria Alfaro Carranza

  1. You're right in Costa Rica is actually verify whether a person committed a crime because they are often judged on little evidence and spend years in jail for mistakes, they never return the lost time.
